Deskrizzjoni
This is a 2 weeks project planned to involve 10 young EU citizens/residents in the summer activities of our NGO: - Cleaning forest paths and collect trash; repair and repaint different facilities; Support the maintenance of the EFM building, office and garden; Support EFM in local and regional projects happening in the season as well as possible activities together with our local partners. Plus the volunteers will help creating content for the social media channels of EFM, promoting important topics in the scope of the values nd mission of our NGO.
Akkomodazzjoni, ikel u arranġamenti tat-trasport
Volunteers live in EFM's house, in a small village - Długopole Górne (15min from Bystrzyca Kłodzka). The house is at 1min distance from a bus stop and at 20min walk to the train station. Housing is in shared rooms, there are multiple bathrooms and a large equipped kitchen. The house has a laundry area with washing machines, reading corner, smart tv, ping-pong table, bikes & wi-fi. Outside there's a garden and backyard with bonfire, and 1 small football & basketball court. EFM covers the transport costs connected to project activities. Volunteers will receive food money & pocket money.
Taħriġ matul l-attività
The volunteer will participate in an orientation training during the first week of the project, organized by EFM's team. Extra training will depend on the volunteer’s ideas and needs. If he/she/they need exceptional support to put an idea into action, within the project, it will be attempted to provide this training. General support is assured by the mentor assigned to the volunteer. ***In EFM volunteers learn by doing with the staff of the organisation.***

*18 - 30 years old EU citizen or with official residence in a EU country + residents neighbouring EU (90 days passport)* ->IMPORTANT: - Understanding of the Mission, rules and expectations of EFM; - Helpful; - Respectful; - Honest; - Responsible. - Flexible towards different ways of working & thinking; - open-minded; - Excited to cooperate and work in an international NGO; - Willing to work with people who face difficult situations; - Enthusiastic to explore new challenges; - Dynamic & with sense of initiative; - Willing to implement his/hers/their own ideas in a teamwork environment; -->No specific qualifications/ skills are required.
