Alianza por la Solidaridad, a member of ActionAid, aims to achieve an active citizenship that fights against inequalities and for the recognition of human rights. It carries out development cooperation and education projects to eradicate gender-based violence, migrants' rights and for climate justice. Join us at our office in Cauca! The volunteer will be participating in cooperation and humanitarian aid projects, carrying out monitoring and evaluation activities in the different projects of the organization, ensuring compliance with the required policies, tools and guidelines, contributing to the design of solid monitoring systems such as creating formats, sheets and analysis of information to adequately track indicators, consolidate and present reports. Formulates strategies and guidelines for monitoring, evaluation and accountability processes within the framework of project implementation at the national level.
Akkomodazzjoni, ikel u arranġamenti tat-trasport
You will have the opportunity to live in a house with other volunteers, in a private room, with access to shared services, Wi-Fi, a mobile communication card, and the residence is close to the office. You will receive a monthly allowance of 590,27€ for your personal expenses, including food and local transport. You will also be able to interact with the communities where we carry out our projects.
Taħriġ matul l-attività
You will receive training which will cover topics such as: induction to Alianza por la Solidaridad, induction to the European Solidarity Corps, responsibilities and rights of the organisations and of the volunteer, Youthpass, Henner insurance and SHEA. In addition You will learn about management and implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation activities of projects in humanitarian and/or development NGOs, you will expand your knowledge of reporting procedures, best practices, guidelines and tools for monitoring and evaluation, especially impact evaluation.
Profil tal-parteċipant
We are looking for a person eager to learn and work in a team and able to adapt to the context. Interest in developing skills in monitoring and evaluation. Motivation to be on the field to work closely between the implementation of activities and economic justification. Studies and any experience in economic monitoring, as well as Spanish language skills, will be an asset. If you are migrant, live in rural areas, have limited economic support or any other don´t hesitate to sign up, this opportunity is for everyone!
