Synergetic Entrepreneurship in Community - Resilient working, learning and living together

This is a unique Synergetic Entrepreneurship approach to self-discovery, immersing oneself in a global community of like-minded individuals, whom we call "Systems Entrepreneurs”. The participants join Tuesday, September 9 th 2025 to Monday, October 13th to share impulses of a life long research and learning journey, to find out what we really, really like to do with our lives and to co-create and start implementing transformative eco-social concepts. Key elements within this period are to experience community transformative learning, peer learning, project based learning and implementing value based projects both on individual and collective level. The experience will include processes of un-learning, learning, co-creating, cultivating dialogue, immersing into awareness, acquiring skills while practically experiencing them during constructing, gardening, cooking, creating art and sharing our entrepreneurship ideas and concepts.

Настаняване, хранене и транспорт

The activity will take place in the rural area. The accommodation will be on the premises of the host. The accommodation will be in shared rooms and shared bathrooms and toilets. The volunteers will prepare their meals together. It is possible to visit surrounding towns, including Berlin, however the public transportation is limited and arrangements needs to be made beforehand.

Обучение по време на дейността

There will be an introduction training at the beginning of the activity that will include team building, introduction to the tasks as well as introduction to measures regarding the safety and security. Further the group will be guided to implement the practical activities, through which they will learn and develop different skills.

Профил на участника

We are looking for inspired, open-minded, curious, and motivated individuals who want to contribute to a vibrant collective experience—aligned with the values of sustainability, solidarity, and mutual respect. We are looking for volunteers that are willing to work in a team, interested to learn about entrepreneurship, sustainability, agriculture and food preservation. At the same time you need to be willing to live in a community in the rural area and have an hands-on experience with building, agriculture and arts . English language knowledge on a basic level is necessary. Volunteers should be interested to get some new skills and be very flexible and motivated to implement the planned activities.
