Youth work, non-formal education – this is what we do. Want to experience life in Latvia while engaging in important local initiatives? Join us for a volunteering experience in the towns of Skrunda and Kuldiga youth houses! We support young people in developing their ideas, participating in local processes, and taking an active role in society. We work with youth councils, run a local Youth Center, support youth initiatives, and organise non-formal educational events such as debates, meetings, and workshops. As a volunteer, you will join our daily work, support events, and have the chance to share your culture and ideas through activities. There will also be opportunities to develop initiatives with an environmental or sustainability focus, inspiring young people to explore new perspectives on nature and climate change. Настаняване, хранене и транспорт
The volunteer will share an apartment with their private room or live alone in one room apartment, depending on the availability and the circumstances.
Обучение по време на дейността
During the project you will take part in training course organized by the National Agency where you will meet volunteers from all over Latvia.

Outgoing person from 18 to 30; Motivated and willing to work with youth and children; Open for new experiences and personal development; Able to communicate in English; Ready to live in a small town in a peaceful, rural and quiet environment.
