The project continues APDD’s previous ESC initiatives, strengthening a strategic line of youth training, inclusion, and civic engagement at local and European levels. It aims to create an active framework for cooperation between international volunteers and young people from Drăgășani, using non-formal learning, intercultural dialogue, and environmental protection as tools for real change. Activities include ecological education, civic actions, awareness campaigns, and creative workshops. Objectives: promoting inclusion, diversity, and solidarity; developing skills and employability; raising awareness of environmental protection and sustainable development. We are looking for motivated young people aged 18–30, interested in volunteering, environmental protection, inclusion, and community engagement. Participants should be open-minded, responsible, willing to work in a team, and ready to embrace intercultural experiences. No previous volunteering experience is required — just a positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn and contribute to local community activities.
