Alianza por la Solidaridad, a member of ActionAid, aims to achieve active citizenship that fights against inequalities and for the recognition of human rights. It carries out development cooperation and education projects to eradicate gender-based violence, defend migrants' rights, and promote climate justice. Join us at our office in Cauca! As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to support the team in cooperation and humanitarian aid projects. Your role will focus on assisting with monitoring and evaluation activities across different projects, helping to ensure that policies, tools, and guidelines are followed. You will contribute by helping to design and improve monitoring tools, such as creating formats, sheets, and supporting the analysis of information, to track indicators and assist in consolidating and presenting reports. You may also support the team in the preparation of strategies and guidelines related to monitoring, evaluation, and accountability processes.

You will have the opportunity to live in a house with a private room, access to shared services, Wi-Fi, a mobile communication card, and the residence is close to the office with convenient access to local transportation. You will receive a monthly allowance of 607,98€ for your personal expenses, including food and local transport. You will also be able to interact with the communities where we carry out our projects
Taħriġ matul l-attività
You will receive comprehensive pre-deployment training in line with our induction framework, including induction to our organization and the ESC Program, roles and responsibilities, Youthpass and Henner insurance, Code of Conduct, SHEA and safeguarding policies, feminist leadership, security, finance, communication, psychological support and self-care. In the field, you will receive security and project-specific training. By the end of your volunteering period, you will have gained practical experience working within a multidisciplinary team in a humanitarian context.
Profil tal-parteċipant
We are looking for a volunteer eager to learn, collaborate within a team, and adapt to the local context. You should be interested in developing your skills in monitoring and evaluation and motivated to support field activities, working closely with the team to connect the implementation of activities with their economic justification. Studies or previous experience in economic monitoring, will be considered an asset but are not required. A good level of Spanish is required . This is a volunteering opportunity open to everyone: if you are a migrant, live in rural areas, have limited economic resources, or face any other challenges, don’t hesitate to apply this experience is designed to be inclusive and accessible.
