Beskrivning
Regenerative Hospitality & Rural Living engages young Europeans in hands-on and civic sustainability learning at Mundekulla, a regenerative ecolodge, conference &retreat centre in southern Sweden. Participants experience how environmental, social, and economic sustainability interconnect within a regenerative enterprise rooted in EU values of democracy, inclusion, and solidarity. Activities, focused on on-the-job learning, include five pillars: Regenerative Hospitality, Agroforestry, Vegetarian & Vegan Cooking, Farm Maintenance and Sustainable Forestry, guided by professionals in respective areas. Off-the-job activities are organised within the volunteer group and supported by a program Lead who facilitates reflection, intercultural exchange and personal growth. Volunteers develop Sustainability skills, leadership capacity, and an understanding of responsible entrepreneurship while contributing directly to SDGs 4, 12, 13, and 15.
