This opportunity offers young people the chance to actively contribute to environmental protection, non-formal education and community engagement. Volunteers will be involved in a wide range of outdoor and educational activities focused on biodiversity conservation, habitat restoration, nature monitoring, environmental awareness and learning through direct contact with natural ecosystems. The project also includes participation in educational and interpretative initiatives, supporting activities for different target groups and contributing to sustainability and active citizenship at local level. This is a hands-on learning experience in a supportive and inclusive environment, promoting personal development, teamwork and European values. Previous experience is not required; motivation, openness to learning and interest in nature and community work are essential. Submit your application by 13th february. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.

Accommodation, travel and food costs are covered according to the European Solidarity Corps guidelines.

Taħriġ matul l-attività

Volunteers will receive hands-on training and continuous mentoring throughout the activity. Support will be provided by qualified mentors and biologists responsible for the implementation and coordination of the activities, ensuring a safe learning environment and meaningful skill development.

Profil tal-parteċipant

We are looking for participants with a genuine interest in nature, biodiversity and outdoor activities, who enjoy learning through hands-on experiences and teamwork. Volunteers should feel comfortable living in a shared accommodation setting and be open to a simple and community-based lifestyle during the activity. A responsible attitude, respect for others and for the environment, and a willingness to contribute positively to daily activities are essential. No previous experience is required. What matters most is motivation, commitment and openness to learning. Participants should identify with European values, solidarity, inclusion and active citizenship. This activity is ideal for young people who want to grow personally, develop new skills and make a meaningful contribution to environmental protection while sharing a collective volunteering experience.
