Are you someone who is interested in non-formal education for kids,organisation of cultural events and social media & project curating? We are looking for participants from 1.5.2026 - 30.10.2026 or 10.5.26 to 30.4.27 We need *2 participants for education work you will initiate non-formal education: language classes for kids, adults and seniors, classes on human rights, ecology, and share the knowledge of your native culture, *2 participants for our social media and office work and *2 participants to work with the community of Poznań, Co creation of local cultural, artistic and social events,contact with artists and activists, promotion, keeping photographic documentation for social media. Ubytovanie, strava a doprava
We offer our volunteers monthly 300 EUR for pocket money and food allowance, and reimbursement of travel expenses within ESC limits. Accommodation is provided in a student dormitory called Jurand in the central part of Poznań so all workplaces can be reached easily. You will stay in an individual room with wifi, fridges and bed-sheets. The dormitory includes a common kitchen and bathroom. In the close area there are shops, supermarkets, green zone. Our organisation will provide local transportation card and public transport is well organised in Poznan.
Odborná príprava počas činnosti
At the beginning of the volunteers' stay we will organise an orientation introduction to discover our organisation, its values, people that volunteers will work with, projects and work's methodology. Participation in on-arrival and mid term evaluation trainings organised by Polish National Agency for all the international volunteers coming to Poland. You will also have support from other young volunteers, work mentor, experienced organisation team and psychologist if needed.
Profil účastníka
Volunteer should be enthusiastic, active, with some experience in these fields or strongly motivated to learn. The participant should either be interested in providing non-formal education,organisation of cultural events or social media, office tasks & project curating.The volunteer will communicate in English, so speaking and understanding the English language is important. The person has to share values of our organisation: committed civic peace attitude, transcultural, anti-discrimination approach, open minded for cultural and social differences, inclusion, diversity and cross-cultural collaboration.
