We're looking for 13 enthusiastic individuals aged 18-30 to join our ESC volunteering project from 10th of July to 3rd of August 2026 in Hungary
We will spend our time gardening and learning how to process and preserve what we grow.
You can try your hand at eco-building, working with natural materials like mud and clay plaster. We are also going to build a community fire pit for our evenings together.
Besides our home base, we’ll help out the local village with tree care and keeping the environment clean.
Experience the beauty and challenges of close to nature living firsthand as we work together to build a community rooted in environmental consciousness. Cultural exchange and sharing experiences are at the heart of our project, where participants from diverse backgrounds come together to learn from one another and grow as a community.

Accommodation & Food:
Shared accommodation with single beds provided in military tents (bring your own sleeping bags and pillows).
Outdoor solar showers and composting toilets available.
Volunteers will cook together using locally sourced ingredients.
What's Covered:
Travel reimbursement from your country of residence.
Daily pocket money of €7.
Food and insurance coverage.

We begin with team-building using non-formal tools to get to know each other and the Youthpass process. Every few days, we’ll meet in reflection groups to share our progress and insights.
Throughout the project, a mentor will be available to support your learning and help with any conflict management. We will close the experience with a thorough evaluation of everything we’ve achieved together.
