Youth on a Mission 2.0 is all about young people coming together, supporting each other, and making a real difference when it matters most. Built on FITT’s experience, the project brings international volunteers into a shared journey of solidarity, friendship, and action. It creates a space where young people affected by displacement and uncertainty can feel seen, welcomed, and connected, while everyone involved learns from each other and grows together. Through fun and meaningful activities like non-formal education workshops, intercultural exchanges, creative arts, and community events, the project helps build the Ukrainian Educational Hub into a place full of learning, healing, and positive energy. It is especially important for young people with fewer opportunities, including refugee youth, who may face loneliness, fear, or difficulties fitting in. Youth on a Mission 2.0 is about creating friendships, building confidence, and showing that no one has to face challenges alone.
Akkomodazzjoni, ikel u arranġamenti tat-trasport
You will be accommodated in our cozy Youth House. You will stay in a twin room (2 single beds or 3 single beds). The meals will be volunteers responsibility: you will have a shared kitchen and receive monthly money dedicated to this (5 EUR – food allowance/day) and pocket money too (4 EUR/day). You will be picked up from the airport or train or bus station toYouth House after your arrival and you will receive a subscrition for public transportation.
Taħriġ matul l-attività
You will have an induction session from your organization on the topic o ESC and non-formal education, and on-board training, organized by FITT, where you will learn about facilitation techniques, human rights, and work with refugees, you will develop your skills in mediation, stress and risk management.
Profil tal-parteċipant
Age 18-30, conversational English skills, good communication skills, time-management, responsible, open-minded and have interest to work with youth with fewer opportunities
