You will support the development and implementation of projects that contribute to positive social change in Guatemalan communities, collaborating closely with experienced professionals who will guide your learning process and professional growth.
Throughout this experience, you will gain first-hand knowledge of how international cooperation and social development projects are designed, coordinated, monitored, and communicated. You will have the opportunity to strengthen key skills in research, project management, communication, teamwork, and intercultural collaboration, while discovering Guatemala’s cultural diversity through field visits and direct engagement with local communities.

- Supporting the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of workshops, meetings, and project activities.
- Contributing to the documentation of experiences, results, and good practices.
- Supporting institutional communication and the dissemination of project achievements.
- Participating in field visits to better understand community realities and project implementation processes.
- Assisting in monitoring and evaluation activities to strengthen the impact and sustainability of educational and social initiatives.
All activities will be carried out under the guidance of ASEC-IGER’s professional team, providing a meaningful learning experience while contributing to projects with a positive impact on Guatemalan communities.
