Deskrizzjoni
The Women Financial and Digital Literacy Volunteer will be at the heart of empowering women’s groups by enhancing their digital skills and financial literacy. Working hand in hand with local communities, you will identify practical digital tools, train women to use them effectively, and open doors to financial services that can transform their lives. Your role includes supporting women’s groups to adopt digital platforms for smooth group operations and data-driven decisions, helping them build financial records to access credit, and advocating for marginalized groups to gain greater inclusion. You will also monitor and evaluate the project’s impact, collect and analyze data, and deliver trainings aimed at sustaining digital and financial inclusion over time.

Transportation for official duties is covered, while personal travel costs are your responsibility. Local taxis and tricycles are commonly used, and international volunteers may drive with an international driver’s license.
