Internationaler Bund Polska (IB Polska) is a foundation established in Krakow at the turn of 2004 and 2005. The founder is a German organisation Internationaler Bund Freier Traeger der Jugend-Sozial und Bildungsarbeit e.V. from Frankfurt am Main. The main goals of the foundation are: helping people to develope themselves in different areas and planning their own future life, to integrate with the society, to be responsible for themselves and to be an active citizens whose are helping to develope local communities and society. Foundation tries to stimulate to action for the benefit of the individual as well as the whole society in order to support and build mutual international understanding and cooperation. The target groups are children, teenagers, young adults, seniors, people with disabilities and fewer opportunities.
IB Polska carries out statutory goals by initiation and supporting local and international programmes based on the social, economical, and political phenomena including education, culture, environmental protection, healthcare, social assistance and vocational and social rehabilitation.
As the coordinating organisation Internationaler Bund Polska cooperates with local and foreign organisations as well as local governments. Every year we are trying to extend our activities focusing on actual needs and social problems. This way we are able to develope our local communities and to let them grown and be more active and aware of current possibilities and tools.
