Deskrizzjoni tal-Organizzazzjoni

The Foundation "Institute of Animation and Social Development" (Fundacja Instytut Aktywizacji i Rozwoju Społecznego) is a Lublin non-governmental organization, since 2012 associating people closely related to the activity in the third sector, non-formal education and patriotic, cultural, outdoor and environmental activities. Since 2015, the foundation has expanded its activities to include marketing services that support the activity of other non-governmental organizations.
Through its activities, it aims to support young people and adults in their personal and social development.
By using the methods of pedagogy of fun and non-formal education at work, it shapes and strengthens pro-social and patriotic attitudes, activating to take initiatives both in the local and international environment.
The space in our office - the volunteer room is a meeting place for our youth, where they spend their free time after and between school lessons, play board games and plan their own activities.
The foundation is a place where, with the support of employees, young people have the opportunity to implement their own ideas and develop their passions. So far, on the initiative of volunteers, many international youth exchanges and local activities have been established, such as: "Wednesdays with board games", "PhotoWeddays", outdoor trips, city games, animations for children during events in Lublin and the surrounding area (Christmas football tournaments, festivals), etc.
