Deskrizzjoni tal-Organizzazzjoni

Municipal Integrational Kindergarten no. 4 is one of the three public kindergartens un Pułtusk. It consists of two departments. The first one was opened in 1976 and the second one was opened in 1999. The kindergarten provides care, supports development and early education of children. Altogether, there are around 250 children between age 3 and 6, and 42 employees. In each department there is one integrational group for children with special educational needs. Each group is led by 2 teachers and 1 additional person that supports them. In the integrational classes, the teachers have an additional assistant. Among the pupils there are also children of Ukrainian refugees and repatriates from Kazachstan. Aside of everyday schedule, the children have possibilities to develop their interests and skills in different fields, by taking part in many extracurricular activities such as mathematical, biological, theatrical workshops. The kindergarten participates in many local, national and international programs, that support children's development. There are also different activities led by therapists to support children with higher needs. The integration of children regarding their physical or mental ability is one of the kindergarten's priorities. The pupils participate in local events, sport games, competitions and celebrations, often having a chance to present their skills to the local community.
