Deskrizzjoni tal-Organizzazzjoni

Youth in 2013, who were and are active in Balvi children and youth center (Balvu bernu un jauniesu centrs - BBJC), made the organization what has been successfully achieving their goals.
Main activities:
1. To develop quality free time spending possibilities for children and youth (participating in different projects to get equipment that would help to develop children and youth skills, organizing work-shops and other things for quality time spending) ;
2. To organize different events in culture and sports for children and youth (starting from small events like cultural events, game nigh all way to youth festival);
3. To organize different events about environment (helping out to clean our city and municipality, teaching about recycle possibilities and different other activities);
4. To organize and create different activities for youth development (meetings, work-shops, projects etc.) about different thematic (entrepreneurship, carrier, stage art etc.);
5. Participating in different type of projects, to develop new possibilities, knowledge, interests and other necessary skills for life.
We have youth organization and public benefit organization status,that means that our activities are open to all people, who want and are willing to participate, especially youngsters.
Association participates in different projects, to ensure activities in boarder land, in North –Latgale region for kids and youngsters. We have had projects from Erasmus+, European Solidarity corpus, from European Social fond (ESF), from European agriculture fond for rural development, cultural fond and others, to create and organize activities like camps, festivals, sports activities, hands- on activities, workshops, cooking classes, volunteering work and other activities, that help develop new skills, understandings and knowledge for kids, youngsters and NGO participants.
