Opis organizácie

FÜR SOZIALES is a non-profit organisation with over 35 years of experience in the field of child and youth welfare, socio-educational family assistance as well as violence prevention, in the region of Nothern Germany (manly Hamburg and Schlewsig-Holstein). Our social organization provides different care services to around 600 clients in the age of 0 – 21. Our main work aims to accompany children and youth as well as their families on their way to live a self-determined and satisfactory life. The implementation of this aim takes place within our many residential care centers, where children and youth from very different social and cultural backgrounds are living together in different types of care settings. Our pedagogical offers run, depending on the form of accommodation, around the clock. The regular activities of the residential group work are for example eating and playing together, accompanying the clients to important appointments and most of all looking after our children and youth in everyday life- or also very challenging situations. Therefore it is important for us, that our current and future employees have an empathetic, committed and cooperative working attitude. By participating in the ESK, we hope to attract young, motivated employees from all types of cultural backgrounds, who want to actively support us in this meaningful work with our children and youth. In return, we offer you a broad and intensive insight in our pedagogic work, various possibilities of further education as well as motivated and well-educated employees who will support you during your stay. We are also very intrested in participants, who want to continue to work with us after the ESK-project duration in a long-term employment.
