Deskrizzjoni tal-Organizzazzjoni

Noored Kooli Foundation is a civil society organisation which objective is to react to the societal needs and produce positive changes in education. Our Foundation, founded in 2006, manages a two-year Noored Kooli program whose participants work as school teachers and develop themselves into systemic leaders in the area of Education. The participants of the program are highly motivated university graduates who work as school teachers and catalyze positive change in their classroom and beyond. During the program, they also complete Masters-level training (60 ECTS) in the areas of Education and Leadership. Every participant is additionally supported by the didactician and the program mentor who guide the participant´s progress and help them navigate in the school environment. Upon completion of the two-year program, the majority of our participants continue to work in schools, and many others continue their professional development at other levels of the education system.
