Deskrizzjoni tal-Organizzazzjoni

"APS Soul Express", formerly “Pro Loco Soul Express Marianella”, is an NGO set in Naples, Italy. it’s main aim, since 2016, has been the urban improvement of the neighborhood “Marianella”, in Naples. The NGO works with youths’ formal and non-formal education, integration and daily improvement. It’s officially recognized by Naples’ municipality, which counts many collaborations with the NGO about urban and artistic redevelopment. The NGO has been active to improve the local territory for years and is being recognized as a focal point by the locals; now it’s time to start expanding its network of volunteers and active youth workers to better help the community outside of the local territory.
Soul Express Europe aims to be the cornerstone of youth mobility for youngsters and youth workers through Europe without borders or limits. Among its objectives, Soul Express Europe aims to:
stimulate the inner potential of the youths through artistic and scientific creativity; organize cultural, artistic, sports, formative events; integrate local cultures and traditions into European values; support Erasmus+ initiatives through non-formal education and team-building activities; choose daily activities that would motivate participants to reach their full physical, intellectual and social potential.
Our work is based on non-formal education, coaching, arts, outdoor education, inclusion and equality, learning by experience. The most common topics we work with are self- development, inclusion, discrimination, critical thinking, health and healthy lifestyle.
The NGO has a lot of activities every year for youth, as in social inclusion activities like playgrounds for kids, arts workshops (dance, music, painting etc.) and more.
