The school group, from the first degree, has integrated into its school project these new orientations which aim at developing multicultural knowledge and to acquire a better level of linguistic skills to promote the success of all. The middle school is ranked third in the department in terms of social diversity (national education ranking of September 2022) and has a reputation for welcoming pupils with special educational needs in addition to the "ULIS" class. Indeed, out of 293 middle school students, 46 (16%) benefit from a personalized support system and therefore from a differentiated educational path. To promote equal opportunities, inclusion and social justice, the school has been welcoming volonteers for six years who help and support young people in difficulty in their studies. Furthermore, the lack of appetite for foreign languages can be measured by the low rate of participation in foreign language certification: one to 4 students out of sixty express the desire to take the tests. Even if the school has trained volunteer teachers thanks to Erasmus + (2020-22) to accentuate the learning of foreign languages, this remains insufficient, and we need to strengthen our dynamic with new resource persons able toto provide added value to our policy of international and European openness. The school has the international openness label and is working to obtain the Euroscol label and the European quality label thanks to twinning projects with Italy and Germany.
