Wroclaw University of Technology (so-called WUST), founded in 1945, is one of the largest and best technical universities in the country. It regularly ranks among the top in national rankings when it comes to teaching, campus architecture, and student and staff comfort.
There are almost 23,000 students at WUST, and the number of academic staff is nearly 2,300. Students come from more than 60 countries, and cooperation agreements have been signed with about 200 higher education institutions from almost 50 countries. Students can choose from 80 different courses of study, a large part of which are taught in English. The university has numerous student orgs, Radio Luz. Students have the opportunity to develop their scientific passions and not only.
One of the major priorities of WUST is the development of international cooperation. Students and academics, have the opportunity to learn and participate in various projects, such as Erasmus +, Double Degree Master Program T.I.M.E, Polish-American Fulbright Commission, DAAD, Vulcanus in Japan, and CEEPUS.
The number of people from abroad who choose to study at WUST is growing every year. With them in mind, we are constantly modifying and improving our offer.
Most international events and programs are coordinated by the International Cooperation Department. To diversify its activities and realize the goal of internationalization among the administrative staff, we want to invite volunteers from the European Solidarity Corps Programe.
