The main objective of LpaJuventud ( Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Youth ) is to offer the youth of our city the necessary mechanisms and resources that allow them to undertake self-development in all areas of their life: health, work, relationships, educational, emotional...
We do this through 5 interconnected work programs:
Youth and Health: which aims to address health prevention in its broadest sense.
Space for Opportunities and European Projects: which aims to accompany young people in the development of their personal growth through the work of soft skills and motivation for informal and non-formal learning.
Creation, Leisure and free time: whose main objective is the promotion of creativity and the enjoyment of free time in a healthy way.
Youth Initiative: which supports youth participation and encourages youth actions.
Information and Advice: trying to communicate in the most effective way, all relevant information for the youth of the city, as well as personalized attention to each query they make to us.
Under the framework of each of them, we carry out practical prevention, training, information, participation and creation activities. Taking advantage of the natural environment of our city (urban beaches, trails, etc.) and giving content to our La Grada Creative Youth Space.

All of this, aimed at young people from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria who are between 12 and 30 years old, as Law 2/23 of March 1 on Youth Policies of the Canary Islands defines.
