“Queerlab” Socio-Cultural Youth NGO is a queer, youth-led organisation based in Armenia, founded in 2019 by a collective of young artists and LGBTIQ+ activists aged 18–30. Initially launched as a youth advocacy project, it has evolved into a sustainable organization that empowers LGBTIQ+ young people and other marginalised communities across both Yerevan and rural regions of Armenia. Through its non-formal educational programmes, it has already reached and empowered over 3,000 young people nationwide.

The organisation promotes equality, inclusion, and active citizenship through creativity, art, and multimedia. It creates safe and inspiring spaces where young people can express themselves freely, learn collaboratively, and engage in intercultural dialogue across diverse backgrounds.

Its objectives focus on empowering youth to become active changemakers in their communities, building their confidence, creativity, and leadership skills. The organisation works to enhance mental health and emotional well-being, strengthen digital and media literacy, and encourage artistic expression as a tool for dialogue and peacebuilding. It also aims to foster cross-border cooperation among young people and to promote diversity, empathy, and social cohesion through non-formal learning.

Main activities include non-formal education programmes, creative workshops, digital storytelling, and community-based projects addressing social inclusion, mental health, and youth participation.
