ReGreen was established in 2010 with the mission of restoring the ecological balance of its surroundings, aiming to establish a fully circular living system while offering educational programs focused on regenerative practices where Permaculture serves as the guiding ethical framework for our endeavours. ReGreen has a history of hosting diverse learning programs, spanning from Permaculture Design to Regenerative Agriculture, Foraging, Herbal workshops as well as immersive retreats hosted in our guest house designed to foster a deep connection with nature amidst our extensive biodiversity. Our activities are targeted to the general population. Although there is no age limit for our target group, more than 80% of our participants are between 18 and 30 years old.

The youth education sector of ReGreen is becoming increasingly apparent with youth educational programmes such as Carpe Diem (groups of 10-15 young people from the United States have been staying with us to share and discover regenerative practices).

Our volunteer educational experiences have run since our founding in 2010. We have been hosting international volunteers through different platforms. This has led us to gain a vast amount of experience in the world of hosting long term volunteers (from 1 month to more than a year, aged between 18 and in few cases over 35 years old), culminating in the hosting of 100s of volunteers who take part in daily life and integration within the community.
