Our goal is to organise and improve social services for people with psychiatric special needs and intellectual disabilities, as well as to promote the exchange of knowledge and professional expertise in the field. For people with psychiatric special needs, our aim is to support the recovery process by providing high-quality social and mental health services and by sharing knowledge about mental health. We also support people with intellectual disabilities, focusing on each individual's strengths, abilities, and unique needs. The units located at Maleva 16 and Käo 53 provide services for people with severe and profound intellectual disabilities, as well as multiple disabilities. The unit at Kadaka 153 provides services for people with moderate intellectual disabilities. The service users at Õismäe tee 105a have a range of mental health conditions.
