Volunteers of Sininauhasäätiö have a priceless value in our homeless´ people's everyday life by giving their unconditional love and time. Do you want to help the unfortunate ones, while gaining essential work experience and new contacts to your network? Join Sininauhasäätiö´s volunteers. Sininauhasäätiö offers various kinds of volunteer work tasks among the homeless, immigrants, or the otherwise disadvantaged ones. We are looking for 1 volunteer for the office work and for the fundraising. Office work volunteer helps in a social media tasks, writes blogs, fundraising tasks and campaigns and learn project- and marketing work in practise.
Ubytovanie, strava a doprava
Volunteers live in a rented flat in Helsinki with room mates. Shared bathroom and kitchen. / Family accomodation. Food money is paid to S-group card which you can use for supermarkets or restaurants.Volunteer gets the city card for public transportation inside Helsinki.
Odborná príprava počas činnosti
Volunteer gets introduction to the work during the first days and also on arrival- and midterm training. Monthly meetings for volunteer are offered and two refreshing days for volunteers twice in a year. Mentor will be in touch regularly.
Profil účastníka
For practical work volunteer should have will to help people in a weak situation. Positive attitude and open mind for learning new! For office work: Marketing skills or interest are big bonus, social media skills, writing skills, brave and unyielding character big plus! Positive attitude for life needed!
