Deskrizzjoni

Volunteering in the Counselling center for returnees in Belgrade offers a unique chance to contribute to promoting humanity, tolerance, solidarity, and respect for human dignity. Volunteers will engage in various tasks, including coordination with EU repatriation counsellors (CSOs and institutional) and administration offices in the pre-departure phase, picking-up and organizing further transportation from the airport or bus stations to the place of residence of the returnees, visiting returnees at their place of destination upon return, creating reintegration plans and following up on them in cases that got reintegration funds, accompanying returnees to various local administration offices (social welfare centers, schools, communal office, etc.), providing holistic psycho-social assistance, if necessary. Working at the Counselling center for returnees gives opportunity to volunteers from the European Union to get acquainted with migration issues from another angle.
