The "Mission Locale de l'Agglomération rouennaise" works for the professional and social integration of young people from 16 to 25 years, in a territory made up of 105 communes spread over the Rouen agglomeration  It builds and promotes local policies for youth integration and employment development  It fights against the exclusion of disadvantaged young people and against discrimination, and it makes its partners aware of the problems they face  It promotes the link between young people and companies, through the creation of activity Our fields of intervention: 1. The "Mission Locale" encourages initiatives and accompanies young people throughout their projects:  Developing and consolidating a project is helping to move from a project idea to its possible perspective, help formalize the idea in project  Providing personalized support means helping to learn, to relearn.  Sensitize young people to the creation of activity by promoting the emergence of projects. 2. Orientation to training  Proposed in the Region's programs (from the fight against illiteracy to high level)  Research funding for training not scheduled in the regional program 3. Mobility  Mobilization of financial aid for driving license  Animation of workshops and events by mobility consultants  Accompanied to a mission within the European Solidarity Corps, to give young people the opportunity to volunteer or work for projects organized in their country or abroad. 4. Housing  Information and advice  Housing workshops: help with access to independent housing  Social support for access to housing 5. Health  listening Point for young people  Orientation to specialized structures  Partnerships with health professionals (doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, speech therapists,)  Animation of workshops and events by health advisors and psychologist 6. Citizenship  Animation of the Civic Service Platform: Accompanying young people wishing to engage in a Civic Service mission and the "Mission Locale" partner structures wishing to host a young person in civic service  Prevention actions against radicalization: training of employees and raising awareness of young people  Animations of workshops and actions 7. Employment  Accompanying young people to employment  Preparation for recruitment: - Preparation workshop - Job interviews training - Sponsorship  Lasting relationships with employers to bring young people closer to the world of business and: • Collect useful resources: job offers, Professional Situational Periods, sponsorship, business information, company visits ... • Facilitate recruitment: contribution to the selection of candidates, development of job descriptions, prescription of State helped contracts...
