Lélektér Alapítvány - Hungary

For our Solidarity Project, we created an independent online magazine for young people in a small Hungarian town, which has become the most read website in the town. Our aim was to develop media literacy, critical thinking, and the ability to recognise fake news among young people. We present their opinions and concerns, amplifying their voices.

Tour du Mont-Blanc Erasmus+ student trail

Université Savoie Mont Blanc - France

In partnership with nine European universities, the University of Savoie Mont Blanc organised a race around Mont Blanc in 2021. This initiative aimed to promote well-being through physical activity, while enhancing intercultural skills and fostering a sense of belonging to Europe through the formation of multicultural teams.

Youth voices heard - Podcast!

Jyväskylän seudun nuorisoseura ry - Finland

The project aims to support the voice of young people in societal discourse, fostering dialogue skills, creativity, and participation. The project group consists of 10 young people whose aim is to produce a podcast series. The episodes, entirely planned, implemented, and produced by young contributors, address topics relevant to or of interest to the youth. Over the course of the year-long project, 14 episodes were produced, and two events were attended.

Peace Culture Among Wars

The project aims to promote the culture of peace worldwide and create spaces for dialogue between youth representatives from different countries to address social problems related to war and conflict. The initiative aims to consolidate shared values, generate united responses, and promote both democratic dialogue and youth participation in the social and political life of the EU.

Active Citizen - European Citizen II

Association of Active Youth of Florinas - Greece

The objective of this solidarity project in Florina is to cultivate the concept of Active Citizenship in the EU among young people with fewer opportunities aged between 15-22, supporting the development of their skills for their future. The project focuses on empowering local youth by providing them with equal opportunities in Europe.

AM-ORR is an activation path for youth participation that connects four Italian territories aiming to build community engagement. While podcasting provides a platform for voice, sharing strategies to tackle the high tide is a call for action. A wave of change for more equal and inclusive societies.

Critical Thinkers

Europos namai - Lithuania

The Lithuanian political monitoring network "Learn before you vote" (under the auspices of the NGO 'House of Europe') together with Baltic NGOs implemented the project to promote critical thinking and civic engagement among young people. The project includes innovative mixed education methods - board games, educational methods, and online courses.

Youth Engagement Lab

Coconut Luxembourg - Luxembourg

The 'Youth Engagement Lab' project fostered media literacy and digital skills for youth, addressing challenges like misinformation and cyberbullying. Focusing on political participation, democracy, and critical thinking, it included a youth exchange in Luxembourg giving youngsters hands-on digital journalism experience. The results were disseminated through online campaigns.

Youngsters ideas from the screen to the world!

Paide Gymnasium - Estonia

Paide Gymnasium youth did an Erasmus+ participation project, where youngsters created a film to challenge themselves but also to develop various skills and share their thoughts in an alternative way. The winning film was screened at the Estonian short film festival Just Film and at the Estonian opinion festival to highlight important thematics.

Pride Begins

Active Rainbow - Latvia

LGBTQIA+ youth participated in volunteering activities, promoting LGBTQIA+ human rights. 12 volunteers contributed to the organisation of Riga Pride Festival 2023, creating an exhibition and organising informative and educational activities for the public, promoting awareness of LGBTQIA+ issues and empowering other young people from the community to share their stories.
