Dialogues about the Elections

Re:colo - Slovakia

The project "Dialogues around elections" responded to the needs of youth in Nitra. The problem was the low interest and trust of young people in politics and in politicians, and as well as the low participation of young people in elections. The goal was to improve and strengthen local youth policy and youth work.

Decide on Europe - "Become a European policy maker for a day"

EUTIS o.p.s. - Czechia

The project "Decide on Europe" is a unique combination of one-day seminars and a simulation of a meeting of the EU institutions. The project aims to promote dialogue among all high-school students in Czechia on current European issues and introduces them to EU decision-making processes.

Against Violations on the Labour Market

Sindikat Mladi plus - Slovenia

The main goals of this youth participation activity were to empower young people to enter the labour market, educate them about their rights and take action when their rights are being violated, as well as to encourage them to think more broadly and become more involved in society. In order to reach their goals, the applicant successfully created an escape room with various supporting activities, which included more than 1,300 young people from Slovenia.

The project, “EU101” was launched to combat the growing trend of Euroscepticism, particularly among the youth of Central and Eastern Europe, where there is a prevalent lack of understanding about how the EU functions and why is the European Project so important for all of us.

Street Football - Change Lives Through Sports

CAIS - Portugal

The Street Football project promotes sport as an innovative strategy for intervention, social inclusion and democratic participation of young people. On the other hand, it challenges established stereotypes through youth empowerment and non-formal education to encourage greater participation in decision-making processes.

Young people participate in Parliament session in Cyprus

European Youth Parliament - Cyprus

The National Session 2021, themed 'Building Resilience: More Than Just Overcoming Crises,' welcomed 200 young individuals from Cyprus and Europe who were encouraged to reach their full potential and challenged to come up with new, creative solutions to pressing problems confronting the European and global youth communities.

The main objective of this project "I do not hear, but I am here and I have something to say!" is to raise the issue of equality, human rights and social inclusion of people with special needs through the implementation of international youth exchanges of relevant non-governmental organisations.

Parresia : thinking, debating, acting

Les Ambassadeurs d'Expression citoyenne - Belgium

Parresia is a media project which aims to promote the exchange of ideas and civic debate between a group of diverse young people from Brussels. Throughout the course of the project, the group produced various articles, podcasts, and compilations of resources, including with expert guests, on a wide range of topics such as gender, race, maternity and gaming issues.

How does politics work? - "Local Europe" visit East Belgium

Rat der Deutschsprachigen Jugend - Belgium

The project consisted of an interactive theatre play for the general public and as part of school events. The interactive and participatory elements as well as the active involvement of the audience were intended to playfully illustrate and visualise political and decision-making processes.

Mind the gap

De Wissel vzw, Leuven - Belgium

De Wissel conducted a survey among youth which showed that young people with both minor and major mental health issues want to be able to turn to their peers. The Crib wants to create a drop-in center for these young people who are struggling, so they will be able to talk to other youngsters.
