IT tool – Organisation Portal (PASS)

This is designed to help your organisation search for and recruit European Solidarity Corps participants for the activities it plans to carry out.

Your organisation must first be authorised under one of the EU programmes linked to the European Solidarity Corps.

Once it has been authorised, take one of the following paths to start using the Organisation Portal ( PASS), depending on the programme your organisation is associated with.

1. Does your organisation hold a valid Quality Label (ESC50 or ESC52)? If so, the staff listed in the decision awarding the Quality Label can automatically access the Organisation Portal (PASS) through their existing EU login account. Your organisation can check which members of staff are listed in this decision by contacting your National Agency.
2. Is your organisation accredited under Erasmus+ European Voluntary Service (EVS)? If so, staff (listed in its EVS accreditation) can automatically access the Organisation Portal (PASS) through their existing EU login account. Your organisation can check which members of staff are listed in its EVS accreditation by contacting your National Agency.
3. Does your organisation hold a Humanitarian Aid Quality Label and has a support role in a Humanitarian Aid Volunteering funded project? If so, the main contact person of the Humanitarian Aid Volunteering project can automatically access the Organisation Portal (PASS) through his/her existing EU login account. Your organisation can check which members of staff have access to PASS by contacting the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA)

All authorised users should then access the Organisation Portal (PASS) using their EU login account, which authenticates them within the system. 
/!\ To authenticate through EU Login, organisations must use the email address linked to their accreditation.
